Our Team of Trainers

Nahed Khairallah, SHRM-SCP

Chief Executive Officer

Nahed brings more than 10 years of experience in business management, HR, corporate training, and higher education. He is the lead instructional designer and trainer for all HR and management training courses at Dynamic Recruit. Nahed has delivered training throughout the GCC across multiple industries in both English and Arabic. When he’s not training, Nahed is busy running Dynamic Recruit and working on consultancy projects for our Middle East clients.

Laurence Khairallah


Laurence is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Florida with more than 35 years of experience in the field of engineering and construction management in USA, Africa, and the Middle East. Laurence heads our engineering recruitment function throughout the GCC and is the lead designer and instructor for all Construction and Engineering Management courses at Dynamic Recruit.

Lea Karam

Sales Management & Soft Skills Trainer

Lea is a Financial Management Master’s graduate from Bordeaux IV University and holds a BS in Finance from the University of Quebec in Montreal. Lea brings more than 9 years of experience in business, supply chain, marketing and sales management; and currently leads the position of Levant Supply Chain Manager at a multinational pharmaceutical company. Lea is also a sales and marketing University Instructor for MBA students.

Rabih Kfoury

HR & Soft Skills Trainer

Rabih holds a Master's degree in Organization Management from the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi and brings more than 9 years of experience in HR, Talent Management and Organization Management. He is the HR Program Manager for CIS Group and has been exposed to different countries in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Americas cross different industries.

Martha Karam

Finance & Excel Trainer

Martha is a Finance graduate from the Lebanese University and started her career in the banking sector before moving to the pharmaceutical industry, where she spent the last five years working in corporate financial analysis. She’s mainly focused on financial modeling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), feasibility studies, and privately-held business valuation.

Vanessa Hleis

HR & Soft Skills Trainer

Vanessa is a Human Resources Management Master’s graduate and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from Saint-Joseph University in Beirut. She is a certified Train the Trainer and has extensive experience in the Recruitment and Training field in the Banking sector. Vanessa’s expertise lies in HR policies, recruitment, and soft skills training.
